Change in our Physical and Mental health after Pandemic.!!

    THE WEAKNESS        

            The Covid -19 induced pandemic has severely affected our Physical and Mental health and has affected our daily routines. The new realities of working from home , lack of communication with our family members, friends and other members, lack of exersices and physical movements have created such a harder life. Adapting to this form of lifestyle and the fear about virus has induced a weakness to ourselves without our knowledge and the main factor for the weakness is due to the lack of sleep. Lately aftere these lockdowns lack of sleep plays a huge role in every families life. After certain days we suddenly feel tired and weak both physically and mentally. These are due to our change in lifestyle that we have adapted ourselves all of sudden due to this pandemic. 

            Sometimes the stress and the weakness affects when a body does no motion work and simply sit. It is one of the major factor our body becomes vulnerable to various health problems. 

ROLE OF SLEEP

            Sleep plays a vital role for the development of a healthy body both physical and mentally. In this busy world we already lost out sleepping pattern. In further to this Pandemic has induced us to lack of sleep due to lack of physical and mental work which pushes us to stress. A perfect sleep schedule provides a positive mentality and a good physical health. They help to overcome our depression , our cognitive decisive skill. A day with lack of sleep will automatically put us through a grumpy state and even reduce our memory skill.

MENTAL HEALTH -  A THREAD

            When you are distressed, your body is on high alert and produce adrenaline. Your muscles get tightened up and your brain shifts into overdrive to try to work trough all possible scenarios. That all takes the energy and leave you feeling tired. This is the Anxiety we face which gives us instablity on people's mental health. Studies have found that by constantly hearing negative news has pushed people anxious and sad that could affect their personal problems too. As the pandemic wears on, ongoing and necessary public health measures expose many people to experiencing situations linked to poor mental health outcomes, such as isolation and unemployment. 

                       This brief explores mental health and substance use during, and prior to, the COVID-19 pandemic. It focuses on populations that were particularly at risk for experiencing negative mental health or substance abuse consequences during the pandemic, including young adults, people experiencing job loss, parents and children, communities of color, and essential workers.

How to overcome Mental Stress 

  • Come up with routines like reading books, exersices regularly, personal hygine, sleep schedule and some personal space for enjoying what you do.
  •  Most important is having the social meet and interacting with our friends and families. Spend some time in interacting rathere being alone to spend the free time. There will always be a productive mind after being socialising rather being alone using social media.
  • Make ourselves alcohol free or reduce the limit.
  • Promote ourselves productively in social media and correct misinformatives.
  • Checking with a theraphist is equal to having a deep laugh which reduces our stress. So enjoy every moment by sharing positivity.

PHYSICAL HEALTH - A THREAD

                 It is very important to keep our physical health safe. In this century even before this pandemic hit hard we are hit by our laziness and video games. This can seriously affect our health in many ways. During this pandemic it is more  hard to do physical exersices , but it takes 4-5 minites to do some streching and walking to do minimal work. India is the most affected country for diabtes. The physical inactivity may weak our muslces and poor blood circulation. Lack of sunlight in our body also causes inflammation like lupus which affects our immunation system. 

Ways to keep us physically active in house during pandemic

  • Increasing the intensity by doing housework , gardening to improve our pace.
  • Following some home workout videos from internet.
  • A walk around our house or inside or taking a walk with your pet.
  • Using stairs instead of elevator in our apartments.

The pandemic has been tough for every people from all walks of life. So it is in our hands to make it productive and battle our physical and mental health balanced. Many people has lost their lives in this situation and sucide has been a major factor. Sucide could never be the answer to any situation. Every problems has its own setbacks and it is our will power to overcome any situation.
